What ever happened to sandlot baseball or backyard football games? - backyard play systems
I am now 26 but when I was a child (between 8-11) use it to my neighbor brought all kinds of baseball (almost every day during the summer weeks) and football (every Saturday during the football season) games. What we use to imitate our favorite player, Jack Wiffle Ball, go to our friends, and play a little bit hard, I push the skin on her knees, your friends day with both hands! "Some of the fondest memories of my youth, but now vacant lots, playgrounds and parks are empty!
I dare not blame this on video games and television, because I grew up on the NES, Super NES, Game Boy, Sega Genesis (although I recognize that these systems are not as cold as the Xbox and PlayStation Today 'hui) But video games really to blame? Children are now all lazy? What should I do if a parent to help my children to moments that I experience now?
Thank you for your time. Have a great day.

Well said! Video games are no doubt play a direct contribution to children are not out there, as we did when we were young. I'm 26 and I've more or less the same things he said when he was at that age. Another factor is that both parents are working full-time job and simply ignore their children. I think it's intentional, but spends more and more. Parents see their children play these games and go out just like that content. I think today, they can be a great time with your friends or parents want. It is difficult ...
What happened is the responsibility of the damage to their property, drug trafficking, sex offenders, the safety of members of gangs, the West Nile virus, Lyme disease, etc. I recommend a security fence around the patio Nice, a contract with an extermination camp Company or maintenance garden, display area or in a window of the security cameras, etc.
Contact the Recreation Department in the region. They have programs in all age groups. Buy a tent and take the kids to a camp. I used 20 to 30 minutes per day (to spend on the weather) the practice to throw a softball with my daughter when I was in a T-ball.
It's summer, and later covered up. Going out with them!

A combination of videogames, lazy kids and parents also fear that dirty and not a child. At 41, still trying to collect games, but everyone is too busy. I try to teach the nephew of my wife on the Wiffle ball, but has no interest.
