Low fat, high fiber, preferably vegetarian recipes? - high fiber low fat recipes
My husband and I are trying to adapt to a high fiber, low fat diet ... I'm not a big meat eater .. and try to remove it from the meat as well ... less red meat (ick) ... I like chicken sometimes, though.
Can anyone give me some low fat / fiber to keep receipts for our meals interesting? We ate tons of salads, vegetables, fruits and legumes (especially lentils! Sooo, they are rich in fiber, and delicious!)
Ideas ensure oatmeal not so blah?
All ideas are welcome! Thank you!

I am a long distance runner, while I would personally not a vegetarian diet that tells you what you must do recommend to stay healthy.
1) If you do not eat meat, eat lots of nuts and peas.
2) The exercise about 20-60 minutes per day, the more you run, because there is a higher oxygen content, and facilitates the flow of the heart
3) Since man is a natural omnivores eat at least twice a week to a large piece of meat into the card-happy chemicals in your body to keep moving, believe me, you can not go without meat in the long run, even a little help .
4) Eating celery weeks. is rich in fibers, burn more calories than it looks, and every piece of celery can burn about 2 calories Big Mac. It should help to clean your intestines to keep you active and easier.
I am not a doctor, but a ski racing background has taught me that what is essential for the body.
Melon Colly PS is an excellent substitute for sugar.
