try doing a * 228 option 1 to reset the phone and see if it helps any, but without overlooking the phone I'm not sure what the question is perhaps a bug in the service menu on the phone, but try You * 228 option 1, if it does not help, a place and seeif Corperate can help! GOOD LUCK!
